She has also worked with various coaching collaborations where she provided various skills and strategies to overcome obstacles and barriers in the work place.
Within group coaching, Jennifer facilitates and guides participants through discussions around health, relationships, career , self-belief, loss, etc. She creates an environment of emotional safety, t rust , and cohesion within the group.
